HHS was honored to host its annual Veterans Day Program on November 10, 2021. As is the tradition of HHS, the Veterans Day Program is completely student-planned and student led, providing our students the opportunity to step us as leaders, while also gaining appreciation for the sacrifices made by the men and women being honored. Many thanks to Mrs. Jennifer McInnish for serving as the faculty supervisor for this program and for these students. Many comments were shared that this years' program was excellent and enjoyed by every person who attended. From essay winners to student musicians and entertainment, the program was a beautiful reminder of how blessed we are to live in the USA.
Last year, due to the pandemic, we were unable to gather for this event, making this year even more special and appreciated by all. Thank you to every student, faculty member, and guest who supported the program in any way. A special thanks to Representative Tracy Estes for speaking and for gifting our school with a new state flag, and of course, our highest level of "THANKS" to each and every veteran for serving this wonderful country we are privileged to call "HOME!"
