Haleyville City Schools Families and Stakeholders,

I would like to welcome you to Haleyville City Schools. HCS has been built on a strong tradition of excellence in all we do. Our motto for this year is #OnAMission. We want to provide all students with the best academic and extracurricular opportunities possible.

I commonly have the opportunity to visit each of our schools and most of our classrooms in HCS. I have been energized by some of the best teaching I have ever seen, and I remain optimistic about what the future holds for us. At the same time, I am very clear that we have much more work ahead of us if we are going to deliver the excellent education that your children deserve.

Our vision for Haleyville City Schools is to motivate, educate and inspire all students to achieve excellence. Our mission is to provide students with the skills necessary to become well-rounded, productive citizens. We do this by carrying our our Core Beliefs:
